Shipping Policy

FREE DELIVERY for Australian orders over $90.00. Orders under $90.00 will incur a postage and handling fee. Pending credit card authorisation, verification and availability of stock please allow 3-8 business days for delivery within Australia.

Orders placed before 13:00 (1pm) EST will be shipped same day. Any orders that are placed after this time will be shipped next business day. Please allow extra time for delivery in peak times - ie. Christmas

** It is highly recommended to select a tracking option  - ie: Express or Parcel Post **

Standard Shipping - 6-15 business days for delivery and has NO tracking included. NB: if this option is selected we are unable to track or trace if delayed or lost.

Parcel Post - 6-16 business days for delivery. Tracking included.

Express Post - Fastest delivery within the Australian Express Post Network. Tracking included. Delivery delays may be experienced.

Express Post remains our fastest postal service, but our next-business-day guarantee is suspended until domestic flights return to normal.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods and we will provide you with the details to return them.

Your item must be in it's original unused condition to be returned. Returns are posted at own cost.
