Products
Styles and designs can change and are out of our control. These are governed by our suppliers and we will update any changes as they happen.
Xmas Stock is limited - if you require multiple cards/box sets of the same design please contact us first.
If there is a card you know we have in our store that isn't yet online, please contact us at info@thecardking.com.au and we will add for your shopping convenience.
Shipping Policy
FREE DELIVERY for Australian orders over $70.00. Orders under $70.00 will incur a postage and handling fee. Pending credit card authorisation, verification and availability of stock please allow 3-8 business days for delivery within Australia.
Orders placed before 13:00 (1pm) EST will be shipped same day. Any orders that are placed after this time will be shipped next business day. Please allow extra time for delivery in peak times - ie. Christmas.
Local Delivery - 1-2 business days for delivery to selected postcodes within Sydney.
Local Pickup : Orders are ready for collection within the same day of ordering - an email will be sent to you to advise.
Standard Shipping - 6-10 business days for delivery and has NO tracking included.
Parcel Post - 6-16 business days for delivery. Tracking included.
Express Post - Next day delivery within the Australian Express Post Network. Tracking included.

International Orders

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods and we will provide you with the details to return them.
Your item must be in it's original unused condition to be returned. Returns are posted at own cost.
Payment Policy
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars ($AUD) and include GST. We do accept International orders. Conversion rates are dependent on the credit card provider.
